1. Who we are
Personal Code is operated by , based in . Contact: . Payments are taken by Paystack; the Paystack payment page is labelled “Personal Code” and shows the package name and price.
2. What the service is
Personal Code builds symbolic readings from your name and date of birth. They are for reflection and entertainment only. They are not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, and we do not promise any result or outcome.
3. 18 and over
You must be 18 or older. You confirm this by ticking a box before you generate a reading, pay, or send us a message. We do not verify age, and we may refuse or end service if we believe someone is under 18.
4. Packages and prices
All prices are in US dollars and are one-time payments. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges. Your bank or mobile provider may add its own fees or convert the currency.

5. How delivery and access work
After you pay, Paystack returns you to a confirmation page on this site. You enter your name and date of birth there, your reading is built on your device, and you can download the PDF. We do not create accounts and we do not email readings. Your access period starts on the payment date. During it, the confirmation page link lets you rebuild your reading and download the PDF again, so please bookmark it. When the period ends the link stops working, but a PDF you already downloaded is yours to keep for personal use. If you lose your link, email us your payment reference and we will help.
6. Refunds

To ask for a refund, email with your payment reference and the email you paid with. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Paystack, and your bank or provider decides how long it takes to appear. Nothing here limits any rights you have under the law where you live.
7. Acceptable use
Use the service for yourself, not for resale. Do not copy, scrape or automate it, try to get around payment or access checks, or attack or overload it.
8. Feedback and stories
If you send feedback, you confirm it is true and yours to share. We only show a story publicly if you tick the permission box, and we will remove it on request. See the Privacy Policy for how it is stored.
9. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the package concerned. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and the prices of future purchases; the version and price shown when you pay apply to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of , subject to any mandatory consumer rights where you live.
