2. Who may use the service

Personal Code is for people aged 18 or older. Before you generate a reading, pay, or send us a message, we ask you to tick a box confirming you are 18 or older. We do not check ages or ask for identity documents. If you are under 18, please do not use the service. If we learn that someone under 18 has used it, we will delete what we hold about them.

3. What stays on your device

The name, date of birth, birth time and birthplace you type to build a reading are used inside your browser to work out your reading. We do not receive or store them, with one exception: if you enter a birthplace, its text is sent to our server, which asks OpenStreetMap’s Nominatim service for its coordinates. Nothing else you entered is sent. We cache the place text and its coordinates for up to 30 days to reduce repeat lookups. The PDF you download is created on your device.
